Turtle Bay

It was a hot one today!

95 and humid!
Whew!

So we decided to cool off at Turtle Bay...

Wait a minute..... This is not my bathtub!

And its cold!!!

!!!REALLY COLD!!!

This might have been the one second that I wasn't crying...

Memorial Day Marathon

Gamma Q drove up for Memorial day Weekend!
Besides having a cookout she wanted to take Xander to the ZOO!

This time we got to see the Tiger!

oooooh!

A "limited time only" event at the zoo right now is Africa!

How easy they made it to travel the world with out having to go coach!

There were Ostriches, Zebras , and Giraffes!

oh my!

This time Alex was a lot more interested in actually looking around at things.....

oooh foliage.....

But more important than looking is WALKING!

He was so determined to walk, that we couldn't keep him in his stroller.....

But at least he "helped" push it for us.

This is him walking from Africa to Russia!

now we just have to teach him its ok to work with your shirt off...

but pants are still required.

He really likes to help with folding the laundry as well!

After all that work, one does need to play...
